Villa size: approx 250 m2 – Area of property: 1500 m2 – Shops and dining at: approx 1 kms – Walk to beach: at approx 200 m The villa is at around 50 metres from the main road that leads to all the south eastern beaches , hotels and discos, direction Villasimius. Therefore there can be especially on Saturday the noise of the cars. The beach is a normal sandy one. In the same floor there is one shower bathroom and two single bedrooms.
