A total of 60 rooms, about 120 beds on seven floors.
All with bathroom shower/bath, colour TV, minibar, air conditioning/heating, direct dial telephone, most of them with balcony, furnished with style and attentions.
All 10 “Suites” are big enough for 3/4 people, with lounge and bedroom.
The “Presidential Suite” and the “Colonna Suite” deserve a special attention due to their location on the top floor.
The “Presidential Suite” includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a terrace with Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view onto Olbia.

With direct access from the Lobby and a separate entrance from the street, the Restaurant is furnished with elegance; it offers the typical Sardinian cuisine and Italian dishes. Intimate and well designed, it is ideal for small banquets and business lunch.

The Lobby, Carefully decorated, it is the central point from where the bar, the lifts and the restaurant can be reached.
The Bar with its TV Lounge offers a peaceful environment and a warm welcome for a breakfast or a cocktail.
The recently built meeting rooms, with a capacity from 20 to 80 people, are mainly situated on the first floor. The “Sala Colonna” has a capacity of maximum 80 seats, the lounge, secretarial office with fax, computer and dedicated telephone lines, screen and audio/visual projection system. The large windows make it very bright and comfortable.
The open-air Car Park, just in front of the hotel, is reserved for the hotel guestís and open 24 hours.
