Description
“Colonna Resort Country & Sporting Club” spreads over an overall area of about 60.000 square metres and is made up of two distinct blocks of villas with sober lines, typical of the “Costa Smeralda” stile buildings.
The “Country” developes around two big swimming pools, in connection with one another with waterfalls, over a juniper, myrtle and strawberry tree park, where sun, light, the hills and the surrounding green, together with the suggestive corners of the bays, are the natural setting of this exclusive one- floor settlement, of which you often only see the ochre red of the covering tiles.
The “Sporting”, on the contrary, in addition to the big swimming pool, includes a marvellous park including the sport area with tennis courts, a fitness area and the availability of mountain bikes.

In total Colonna Resort Country & Sporting Club has 106 living units are available, for about 310 beds, all of them with air conditioning, colour satellite TV, electronic safe, fridge, telephone, facilities with shower and hairdryer, balcony or terrace, and are divided into:
Standard Double Room – double room, bathroom, balcony or terrace;
Standard Triple/Quadruple Room – double room, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, balcony or terrace;
Junior Suite – double room, living room corner with sofa bed, bathroom, terrace;
Suite Executive – 2 bedrooms, double facilities, living room, covered veranda, garden, 1 parking place;
Suite “Caprera” – 3 bedrooms, double facilities, living room, covered veranda, garden, 2 parking places.
Suites”Spargi e Budelli” – 3 bedrooms, double facilities, living room, covered veranda, garden, 2 parking places

Restaurant
The “Ristorante Colonna” is located in the Resort on the edge of one of the swimming pools. It has covered spaces around the “Piazzetta”, the centre of life of the entire complex.

Services
The Bars
The meeting and reference points, with coloured soft-drinks, ice cream parlour and snack-bar, are the “Bar La Piazzetta”, overlooking the homonymous small square of the Country, and the “Bar La Pergola” at the edge of the Country swimming pool; at night the atmosphere comes to life with the piano bar near the Bar La Piazzetta.
The Swimming Pools
The Resort is provided with three important and beautiful swimming pools, one of which falls into the other, with hydro massage area; two out of the three pools have areas designed for children. They are of important size and enjoy an extraordinary position in the general context of the entire settlement. Beach umbrellas and sun beds are offered until available.
The Sport Centre
It is equipped with two multipurpose “tennis courts” with synthetic grass and lighting, with the possibility to be also used for “five-a-side foot ball” and “volley ball”. In addition there is a “fitness area” with various fitness and body building equipment. At guests’ disposal are, upon availability, mountain bikes for nearby excursions.
The structure in addition provides a free of charge tennis instructor for its guests.
The Playground
At the edge of the Sporting swimming pool you find the playground for children, placed inside the park, where the activity of the “mini club” for the 5 to 10 year olds takes place.
Car Parks
They are located at the park edges of the Resort, are unattended and all easily and comfortably accessible from the rooms.
Opportunities
At Porto Cervo (at 2 Km.only) and at the Marina of Porto Cervo (at 800 metres only) you can find everything: exclusive boutiques, famous restaurants, well known discotheques, fabulous bars, the Old Harbour and the New Harbour with the most beautiful “boats” in the world. But also the “Stella Maris” church, the “Congress Centre”, the famous “Piazzetta”, meeting point of the international Jet Set.
