The hotel Is Arenas has 62 rooms and 90 apartments located in a separate Building. The hotel has a swimming pool and the apartments, not far from the hotel and the swimming pool, are surrounded by a pinewood forest.
Standard (ca. 30 sqm.) furnished in modern style, these rooms have a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, AC, internet connection, direct line telephone, Sat TV, minibar , safe as well as private balcony or patio, Comfort (ca. 31-41 sqm.) same equipment as the standards however larger Superior (ca. 37-43 sqm) same equipment as the standards and comfort however large
Junior Suite (ca. 43-51 sqm.) same equipment as the comfort and superior however much larger and with a small corner with sofa and desk.
Suite (ca. 100 sqm) located in a private area close to the main building. The Suite has a  separate living room, one double bedroom with large patio. The Suite boast a particularly well decorated bathroom.
Restaurant
The Is Arenas Restaurant enjoys a beautiful terrace where guests will taste a refined Mediterranean as well as Sardinian Cuisine. Breakfast is buffet style while dinner is served with à la carte Menù.  During lunch, light snack are served in the privacy of the Lounge Bar with its beautiful terrace as well as at the Beachclub with its barbecue.

The Is Arenas Golf & Country Club 18-holes is located close to the Hotel. The hotel guests can profit of special Green fees and the Hotel does offer to the clients a Caddy-room as well Golfcars direct in the hotel.
